Welcome to the new conference website and the online home of the Northern California Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. We hope you enjoy visiting our new site. The old website served us well for many years, but it was time for a new look.
We are working hard to make this a valuable resource for you in your ministries. Please be patient with us as we continue to add information to this site.
Each NCC department is responsible for its own section. Please give the departments a little time as they work to get caught up on posting information on this new site. If there is information that you feel is needed on a specific department’s page, please e-mail email@example.com, and we will be sure the message gets sent to the relevant department.
This website has a new section titled “Employees.” (Find it on the gray header bar above.) If you are an employee of this conference (office, pastor, teacher, Leoni Meadows, NVARE, etc.), you should go to this section for information. The NCC Human Resources Department is responsible for maintaining this section, with collaboration from many different departments.
Also, new to this section is the page titled “Forms.” This is your one stop “gift shop” for employee forms. Rather than having to remember which department page contains a certain form, or where to submit a specific form, you can go to this page and download any form you need. If a form is referenced or discussed on any department page, the page will link you back to this “Forms” page.

Question/Comment: I would like to see where to access e-mail accounts
Answer: For employees to login to e-mail, just go to the "Employees" heading on the top gray bar. We are planning and working toward making this section a "one stop shop" for items you would need as an employee of the Northern California Conference. In this section, the link you want is "Conference E-mail." You can find that in the drop down menu of the "Employees" section or if you click on "Employees", it's the top item in the right side bar.
Question/Comment: Great job on the website. I would suggest that the Gift Planning Website be updated to work with the new website. The links [on that site] either lead to a "dead end" or to the wrong places. I'm not sure what to suggest, but this is the first website that has two "home" buttons on most of the pages. I see how it works, and will get used to it, but I was confused at the first. I like the new look.
Answer: So glad that you like the new look. We hope others will as well. To answer your questions: 1. The "Planned Giving and Trust Services" website is currently in the process of being redesigned. Their new website will not match the Conference's website in the future. In the past, it was great that they matched. However, over the years, it created some confusion on which website a person was visiting since they looked so much alike. We don't have an estimated publish date for the new Planned Giving and Trust Services website yet, but it is currently being worked on. 2. Regarding the two "home" buttons: One of the features we really needed on a new site was for each department to have the "look" or "feel" of a mini-home page. Therefore, we created the top gray bar that serves as a navigation tool for the overall website and then each department has a large cover photo with their own blue navigation bar. We hope that this blue department navigation bar makes it easier to navigate within a department, a function that was not available in the old website design. We could label the "Home," within the departments, "Departmental Home" for example, but we were trying to go with a shorter name. We are continuing to learn as we grow into this new site and hope that this new departmental organizational/navigation system helps.
Question/Comment: Thank you for having the offering schedules available online. ☺ I see that you have the 2014 schedule available now, but couldn’t find the 2013 schedule. Would it be too much to ask for a copy of the 2013 schedule (or link), so I can complete our bulletin for this Sabbath please? Thank you!
Answer: Thank you for your message. Sorry about the inconvenience. The offering for Sabbath, November 16, 2013 is Local Church Budget. Your message has been forwarded to our Stewardship department so that they can post the rest of the 2013 schedule. You can find the offering readings and schedule at www.nccsda.com/offeringschedule.
