September is Let’s MOVE month!

Let’s Move Day, September 17, 2017


We are all encouraged to keep moving, even while at work.

With this in mind, Let’s Move during this month of September. Summer break vacations are done, kids are back to school, and getting into the family routine is back in order. Don’t let the routine keep you from fun family activities! In fact, let this now be a new and fun time to make sure the weekends are full of energized activities!
 
What do you do to keep moving on Sabbaths and Sundays?
